What you will do

• Execute category strategy using market data and supplier intelligence to flag risks and pricing shifts.
• Run RFx processes from drafting to comparison analyses for leadership award decisions.
• Manage supplier relationships including POs, lead times, performance reviews, and scorecards.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Engineering on budgets, supplier readiness, and technical resolutions.
• Support negotiations with commercial terms data and benchmarks.

Requirements

• 4-6 years in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain with RFx and supplier lifecycle management.
• Analytical skills in spend analysis, cost comparisons, and TCO basics.
• Strong communication to engage engineers, staff, and present to stakeholders.
• Team player comfortable collaborating across departments.
• Tech-savvy with ERP, PLM systems, and Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience in consumer electronics, hardware, or tech-adjacent manufacturing.
• Knowledge of packaging or accessories like print, labels, or cables.
• CPM, CPSM, or equivalent procurement certification.
• Bachelor's in supply chain or engineering; MBA preferred.
