Salary: $63,000 - $107,000 USD

What you will do
- Execute category strategy using market data and supplier intelligence to flag risks and pricing shifts.
- Run RFx processes from drafting to comparison analyses for leadership award decisions.
- Manage supplier relationships including POs, lead times, performance reviews, and scorecards.
- Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Engineering on budgets, supplier readiness, and technical resolutions.
- Support negotiations with commercial terms data and benchmarks.
Requirements
- 4-6 years in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain with RFx and supplier lifecycle management.
- Analytical skills in spend analysis, cost comparisons, and TCO basics.
- Strong communication to engage engineers, staff, and present to stakeholders.
- Team player comfortable collaborating across departments.
- Tech-savvy with ERP, PLM systems, and Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
Nice to have
- Experience in consumer electronics, hardware, or tech-adjacent manufacturing.
- Knowledge of packaging or accessories like print, labels, or cables.
- CPM, CPSM, or equivalent procurement certification.
- Bachelor's in supply chain or engineering; MBA preferred.
