What you will do
- Lead the integrated supply plan across wafer fab, bump, sort, wafer level assembly, and assembly test.
- Model and optimize constrained resources across the network to maximize factory utilization and profitability.
- Collaborate with Fab and Back-End planning leaders to ensure alignment between commit plans and actual execution.
- Define and manage end-to-end planning KPIs, including on-time delivery, total cycle time, and inventory turns.
- Own the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of planning processes within Blue Yonder.
- Build and lead a high-performing team of planners, scenario analysts, and system experts.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work from Hillsboro, OR or Phoenix, AZ.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or Business Management.
- 12+ years of supply chain experience (or 8+ with a Master's, 6+ with a PhD).
- Deep technical expertise in semiconductor manufacturing and foundry planning best practices.
- Proven track record of leading effective teams in a global, cross-functional environment.
- Ability to pass an extended Background Investigation (Position of Trust).

- Hands-on experience with Blue Yonder supply chain management in a semiconductor foundry environment.
