Location: Flexible hybrid schedule at 483 Bay Street, Toronto until late 2026, then new office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway, Mississauga. Current work authorization for Canada is required.
Salary: $73,000–$90,000 CAD (base + discretionary bonus)

What you will do
- Lead social-first customer care strategy and development program across ’s social channels.
- Implement and manage Sprinklr, ensuring seamless integration of social platforms, workflows, and monitoring tools.
- Design workflows for tracking conversations to meet regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with IS, Advanced Analytics, and Marketing to integrate data flows and provide complete customer care insights.
- Engage customers via social media, building trust and delivering exceptional care.
- Partner with community managers to turn insights into content opportunities and new client care initiatives.
Requirements
- University degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Data Analytics.
- 3+ years professional experience, including 2+ years in social media customer care.
- Hands-on expertise with social media management tools (setup, configuration, integrations, customer care functionality).
- Experience responding to inbound inquiries and proactive messaging in online communities.
- Familiarity with social listening, customer care routing, tagging, and compliance-driven environments. Current work authorization for Canada required.
Nice to have
- Experience aligning social tools with enterprise systems like CRM or case management.
- Strong technical fluency with social media APIs, workflows, permissions, and analytics.
