What you will do

• Evaluate and prioritize strategic marketing programs and transformation initiatives to maintain a multi-year GTM roadmap.
• Collaborate with GTM leads and marketing leadership to operationalize strategies and ensure execution.
• Inform marketing investment decisions by integrating market analysis, performance attribution, and outcome measurement.
• Translate high-level strategic objectives into scalable processes, tools, and best practices.
• Define and track process-level KPIs and ROI models aligned with business outcomes.
• Conduct market, competitive, and customer analysis to identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Austin, TX, USA
• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant professional work experience.
• 10+ years of experience in a similar strategic or GTM operations role.
• Proven track record in managing transformation initiatives, product development, or marketing projects.
• Deep expertise in the modern marketing lifecycle, including campaign attribution and budget optimization.
• Ability to travel 10%
