What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Outcomes Managers, setting clear priorities and success metrics.
• Define and evolve the strategy and repeatable frameworks for translating product capabilities into jobs-to-be-done and workflows.
• Own product-line adoption measurement, defining KPIs and partnering cross-functionally to improve them.
• Collaborate with Product leadership to influence roadmap decisions through customer feedback and adoption data.
• Drive alignment across PMM, Enablement, Solution Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure successful product launches.
• Oversee beta program strategy, including customer selection, success criteria, and GA readiness.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in SaaS, technology, Product, Customer Success, or GTM Operations.
• 3+ years of people management experience with a track record of building high-performing teams.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authority.
• Deep understanding of how product capabilities translate into customer adoption and measurable business outcomes.
• Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing usage trends and defining success metrics.
• Must be based in one of the listed US office locations.
