Location: Based in San Francisco, CA (hybrid model: 3 days in office per week, relocation assistance offered)
Salary: $285K – $385K + equity

What you will do
- Lead GTM strategy for API business, partnering with Product and GTM leadership on growth priorities and commercialization.
- Define north star goals, launch metrics, and KPIs for new products, monitoring performance with Data Science.
- Develop growth strategies for products, customer motions, and market opportunities, including customer segmentation.
- Provide structured customer feedback and market insights to influence product roadmaps.
- Design commercial models, packaging, and monetization with Pricing, Finance, and Product teams.
- Conduct market and competitive research to identify opportunities and evaluate business performance.
- Drive cross-functional alignment and execution across Sales, Success, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations.
Requirements
- 10+ years in GTM strategy, business operations, management consulting, product strategy, or finance in high-growth tech
- Strong data fluency to define metrics, interpret trends, and drive decisions
- Experience with technical/API products and developer/enterprise GTM
- Deep knowledge of B2B GTM models across Sales, Success, Product, Marketing, Operations
- Proven leadership in complex cross-functional strategy and execution
- Strong product intuition for roadmap and commercialization partnering
- Experience in pricing, packaging, monetization strategies
- Thrive in ambiguous environments, exceptional communication to influence stakeholders
