Salary: $171,800 — $440,200 USD (depending on geographic zone)

What you will do
- Define and operationalize GTM plays for enterprise customers across key segments and industries.
- Develop clear value frameworks aligned to enterprise buying groups such as CIOs, CISOs, and Data Leaders.
- Partner with sales leadership to improve deal velocity, win rates, and account expansion.
- Build enterprise-ready sales plays, messaging, and tools for complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
- Develop battlecards, objection handling, and competitive positioning to ensure global consistency.
- Actively support strategic deals and top accounts with tailored messaging and deal strategy.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in product marketing or GTM roles within enterprise software.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and complex deal dynamics.
- Proven track record of building and scaling repeatable GTM motions that drive pipeline and revenue.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams.
- Must be based in the United States.

- Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear use cases and business outcomes.
