TL;DR

Human Resources Intern (Summer 2026): Support building an HR Shared Services model, leveraging AI to improve productivity, and analyzing employee engagement data with an accent on process design, workflows, and data-backed action plans. Focus on evaluating AI tools, researching automation opportunities, and preparing recommendations for leadership.

Location: Hybrid role requiring weekly in-person meeting in the Denver Metro Area. Candidate must be based in or able to easily travel to the Denver Metro Area. Minimal additional travel may be required.

Compensation: $19.30 - $24.80 / hour

What you will do

  • Design and document HR Shared Services processes including intake models, workflows, and SOPs
  • Evaluate and implement AI-enabled tools to boost HR productivity and service delivery
  • Research HR processes for automation, standardization, and employee experience improvements
  • Analyze employee engagement survey data to identify trends and gaps
  • Develop data-backed action plans and recommendations
  • Prepare presentations, dashboards, and summaries for HR leadership
  • Coordinate projects with meeting notes and cross-functional follow-ups

Requirements

  • Active enrollment as 3rd or 4th year student pursuing Bachelor’s degree, graduation no earlier than May/June 2026 (prefer HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related)
  • Availability for full-time (40 hours/week) summer (early June through early August)
  • Based in the Denver Metro Area or able to easily travel there weekly
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment
  • Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

Nice to have

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field
