HR Coordinator Co-op: Support People team across HR operations, onboarding, employee experience, and Boston office management with an accent on coordination, data entry, logistics, and in-person support. Location: In-person role (5 days a week) at Boston, MA office. Only candidates enrolled in Northeastern University's co-op program and located within Boston hub.

What you will do
- Support HRIS data entry, employee changes, document management, and People team trackers.
- Assist with scheduling interviews, reference checks, candidate experience, and onboarding logistics for Boston hires.
- Handle employee experience programs, engagement surveys, internal communications, and inquiries.
- Manage day-to-day Boston office operations including supplies, mail, vendors, and events.
- Contribute to People team projects on learning, AI proficiency, performance, and culture initiatives.
- Build process documentation, SOPs, and how-to guides.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled at Northeastern University and eligible for full-time, six-month co-op term.
- Available to work on-site at Boston office five days per week.
- Strong organizational skills to manage priorities and stakeholders in fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Comfortable with digital tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and quick to learn HRIS/ATS.
- Coursework or interest in HR, Organizational Behavior, Business, or related field.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in HR, People Operations, office management, or hospitality.
- Exposure to HRIS, ATS (Greenhouse), or workplace systems.
- Interest in AI tools for HR and operations.
