TL;DR

Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)

Salary: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end leave processes for medical, parental, and company-supported leaves, including intake and case tracking.
  • Administer job-protected programs such as FMLA and disability-related leaves to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for team members and managers throughout the leave and return-to-work process.
  • Partner with Payroll, Benefits, and HR Business Partners to ensure accurate outcomes and seamless coordination.
  • Maintain detailed case documentation to support continuity and audit readiness.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and support broader HR operations activities like data validation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing high-touch, case-based HR processes.
  • Strong background in HR Operations or HR Administration.
  • Experience with leave management is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Must be based in the United States.
