What you will do

• Drive high-priority transformation initiatives from concept through execution to ensure delivery of measurable outcomes.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans with clear ownership and defined outcomes.
• Maintain the execution drumbeat across transformation workstreams to ensure consistent weekly progress.
• Partner with workstream leads and cross-functional teams to align priorities and unblock critical issues.
• Proactively identify and resolve risks, dependencies, and roadblocks to keep initiatives on track.
• Track progress against key milestones and value targets to ensure financial and operational impact.

Requirements

• Strong structured problem-solving skills with the ability to connect strategy to execution.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
• Proven bias toward action and a track record of driving execution.
• Strong stakeholder management skills to influence senior executives without direct authority.
• Excellent communication skills and experience synthesizing insights for executive decision-making.
• Fluency in English is required as the working language.
• Must be based in Ontario, Canada.

Nice to have

• 2-4+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, or business operations.
• Experience working within large-scale transformation programs or enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Background in SaaS, fintech, or other high-growth technology-driven environments.
