What you will do

• Prepare and analyze financial reports covering revenue, expenses, margins, and operational performance.
• Support month-end and quarter-end close processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Conduct variance analysis by comparing actual results against budgets and forecasts to identify trends.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and Sales Operations to resolve reporting discrepancies.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning.
• Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards for management review.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or revenue analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas).
• Ability to analyze large datasets and translate them into actionable business insights.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Irvine, CA.
• English: Professional proficiency (B2+) required.

Nice to have

• Experience in medical device, healthcare, or manufacturing industries.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and BI tools.
• Experience with gross-to-net analysis, rebates, and distributor reporting.
