Salary: $75,000 to $110,000

What you will do

• Process timely payments, verify transactions, and ensure sufficient funds for operations and investments
• Support AP, Payroll, Audit, Accounting, Tax, and Treasury teams with cash coordination
• Manage cash flow forecasting, liquidity optimization, and treasury management system utilization
• Develop scalable processes for global cash management, risk management, and payment operations
• Interface with global finance teams and external banking partners
• Prepare ad-hoc analyses on banking and cash management for senior leadership

Requirements

• 3+ years progressive experience; treasury or corporate finance strongly preferred
• Experience supporting treasury management platforms
• Exceptional communication skills for executive interactions
• Master proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets; GAAP understanding
• High organization, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in ambiguity
• Must be US work-eligible; no H1-B sponsorship

Nice to have

• Experience with Netsuite, SAP, or other ERP systems
• Cross-functional workstream management
