Salary: $177,000–$242,000 Annual

What you will do

• Define and execute commercial and real-world data strategy aligned to marketing, field, and analytics priorities
• Lead data landscaping, evaluation, and selection through workshops to address priority use cases
• Maintain expertise in traditional and emerging data sources like claims, EMR, APLD, and specialty pharmacy
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiations, renewals, and performance to optimize value
• Establish frameworks for permitted use, ethical data handling, and compliance (HIPAA, GDPR, GxP)
• Build and maintain commercial data inventory and catalog for discoverability and governance

Requirements

• 8+ years in pharmaceutical or biotech industry, commercial data strategy, analytics, or data partnerships
• Extensive knowledge of pharmaceutical commercial and real-world data (sales, claims, EMR, APLD, specialty pharmacy)
• Experience managing data vendors, acquisition, and governance initiatives
• Ability to influence in matrixed environments and strong executive communication skills
• Experience operating in the US pharmaceutical market (global experience a plus)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
