What you will do

• Define and execute a multi-year data strategy and roadmap to unlock value across the whole company.
• Develop a self-service analytics and BI backbone to empower non-technical teams to validate ideas independently.
• Engineer AI-ready data pipelines and structures to ensure AI use cases are not bottlenecked by messy data.
• Create omni-channel customer intelligence by unifying D2C and retail signals into a single view of the customer journey.
• Implement graph-based data modeling for advanced affinity, basket intelligence, and recommendation systems.
• Establish and oversee data governance, quality, and GDPR-compliant privacy practices.

Requirements

• 10-15+ years of experience leading data, analytics, or platform functions, ideally in D2C, e-commerce, or retail.
• Proven track record of building data platforms and self-service capabilities in fast-scaling environments.
• Deep technical fluency in data architecture, pipelines, and tooling paired with commercial judgment.
• Hands-on experience with omni-channel customer data (identity resolution) and graph data approaches.
• Experience building and leading high-performing data teams.
• English: Fluent (C1) required
