TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Atlanta, Georgia. Role requires a hybrid work schedule with at least four days per week in the office.

Salary: $170,000–$250,000 per year.

What you will do

  • Lead the execution of enterprise data strategy within the distribution domain.
  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and trustworthiness of domain data assets.
  • Oversee the implementation of data governance practices and policies.
  • Functionally lead and mentor data steward squads.
  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, data product teams, and technical teams.
  • Serve as a key member of the Data Operating Council (DOC) to influence enterprise-wide strategy.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in data governance, data management, or data leadership.
  • Proven track record in leading data quality initiatives and executing data strategy.
  • Strong expertise in data governance frameworks, metadata management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience managing and mentoring data steward teams.
  • Ability to develop and execute data product roadmaps.
  • Must be able to work from the Atlanta office four days per week.
