What you will do

  • Oversee the translation of client proxy voting policies into structured, system-ready data frameworks.
  • Establish and maintain validation frameworks to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and auditability.
  • Lead end-to-end operational workflows for global proxy research production.
  • Drive process automation and standardization to support business scale and complexity.
  • Collaborate with Technology, Product, and Business stakeholders to enable seamless platform execution.
  • Manage operational risks and lead change management initiatives for new tools and workflows.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in data operations, governance, or corporate governance research within financial services.
  • Proven success in leading complex, data-driven operational functions at scale.
  • Expertise in translating complex business rules into structured data frameworks.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive initiatives across cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
