What you will do

• Provide Tier 1–2 support and troubleshooting for HR systems including HCM, ATS, and LMS platforms.
• Create and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports and dashboards to support data-informed decision-making.
• Monitor data integrity and perform audits to ensure system accuracy and compliance.
• Configure system features and workflows across various HR platforms.
• Support system upgrades, testing, and release management activities.
• Document processes, procedures, and user guides for internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience supporting HR systems or working in an HR/IT environment.
• Familiarity with systems such as Workday, Greenhouse, Cornerstone, or Everbridge.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and advanced Excel skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, Information Systems or related field (preferred).
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity in Springfield, IL.
