What you will do

  • Exceed quarterly and yearly revenue quotas through full ownership of sales cycles including qualifying, presentations, demos, RFPs, negotiations, and closing.
  • Develop and execute territory and account plans, prioritizing top accounts and identifying uplift opportunities.
  • Lead virtual teams of presales, partners, deal desk, and customer success to deliver wins and superior customer experience.
  • Engage customers and partners strategically, foster territory understanding of competitors, influencers, and prospects.
  • Collaborate with marketing on plans, pursue leads, update Salesforce, and ensure post-sale coverage for expansions.
  • Demonstrate hirify.global value proposition across all customer levels from stakeholders to technical decision-makers.

Requirements

  • Skilled in discovery calls, needs analysis, opportunity qualification, and competitive positioning of solutions.
  • Proficient in presenting hirify.global value vs. competitors like Microsoft, Okta, Saviynt.
  • Experience leading sales teams, creating territory/opportunity plans, and driving accountability.
  • Strong Salesforce hygiene, accurate forecasting, and channel management tools usage.
  • Ability to travel approximately 50% yearly for business.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, business, or sales-related field preferred but not required.
