What you will do
- Communicate business vision and identify key stakeholders across technology, operations, and executive leadership.
- Manage end-to-end sales process: build funnel, qualify leads, coordinate demos, negotiate contracts, and ensure post-sale satisfaction.
- Conduct discovery calls, product demos, solution presentations, and quarterly business reviews.
- Partner with internal teams to craft proposals, expand cross-sell opportunities, and represent at industry events.
- Forecast pipeline and revenue in Salesforce while meeting quarterly and annual sales targets.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
- 5+ years in enterprise B2B sales or account management in restaurant technology
- Prior experience with RFPs, long-term contract negotiations, and legal teams.
- Demonstrated success closing large strategic multi-location accounts with revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, business acumen, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Nice to have
- Salesforce experience.
- Working with large multi-location restaurant brands.
- Microsoft Office or Google Workspace proficiency.
- Experience with JIRA or project management tools.
