Location: Hybrid (Bucharest). Must be permanently located in Romania.

What you will do
- Initiate telephone and email contact to identify new commercial opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Utilize internal and third-party tools to generate leads and discover white space.
- Provide support to qualified prospects, including follow-up, product details, and quotations.
- Meet monthly KPIs for commercial opportunities, tracked via Salesforce activity reports.
- Maintain accurate lead information and activity records in CRM systems.
- Contribute to team training and onboarding of new sales associates.
Requirements
- Proficiency in both Turkish and English for clear communication.
- Knowledge of the virtualization industry.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.
- Efficiency in MS Office automation tools to support daily tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
