What you will do

• Manage rolling forecast and target setting processes, including timelines, materials, and communications.
• Create presentation templates and ensure consistency in metrics across business unit finance teams.
• Develop presentations for board and senior leadership, balancing simplification and depth.
• Compile competitive intelligence, market benchmarking, and best practices with business unit and strategy teams.
• Build high-level financial models and analysis for enterprise projections, coordinating assumptions and outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field; Master’s or MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of forecasting and modeling experience with prior direct management experience.
• Experience managing budgets and forecasts, strong financial modeling skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) preferred.
• Strong planning, organization, and attention to detail.
