Salary: $260,000 - $350,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

• Prospect and acquire enterprise clients with fleets exceeding 1,000 vehicles.
• Develop and manage territory plans to build a strong sales pipeline and reach revenue targets.
• Lead complex, strategic sales cycles that typically span 12 months or longer.
• Cultivate trusted advisor relationships with VP and C-level executive decision-makers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to configure the right solutions for client business needs and ROI.
• Provide mentorship to team members to foster a high-performance sales culture.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of successful consultative selling experience, with 3-5 years in enterprise-level sales.
• Must be based in Georgia, USA.
• Proven experience leading the full sales decision cycle for enterprise deals, including ROI and organizational change.
• Strong track record of expanding relationships with C-level executives.
• Ability to travel up to 50% as required.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience.
