TL;DR

Sales Executive (FinTech/RegTech): Driving new business and expanding enterprise client relationships within financial services with an accent on complex, multi-year solution engagements. Focus on navigating enterprise buying groups and modernizing regulatory communications ecosystems.

Location: Must be based in the USA (Onsite in New York, NY or WFH available for residents of CT, MA, NY, and NJ)

Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 per year

What you will do

  • Develop and execute account strategies to land and expand enterprise financial services clients.
  • Originate and close multi-year, multi-solution agreements across the regulatory content lifecycle.
  • Diagnose client challenges in content creation, regulatory filing, and omnichannel delivery.
  • Build trusted C-level relationships and facilitate executive discovery workshops to uncover transformation opportunities.
  • Partner with Solution Consulting, Product, and Marketing to design and deliver compelling solutions.
  • Provide voice-of-customer feedback to influence the product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably in SaaS, RegTech, or FinTech.
  • Proven track record of closing large, complex, multi-year deals within financial services organizations.
  • Experience engaging with Legal, Compliance, Operations, and IT stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in consultative and value-based selling methodologies.
  • Must be located in the USA (Specifically NY, NJ, MA, or CT for remote options).
