TL;DR

VP, Product & Commercial Strategy (Healthcare): Own the overall performance, growth, and strategic direction of Valenz Bluebook, a healthcare cost-transparency and decision-support platform with an accent on product strategy, performance management, and go-to-market execution. Focus on driving measurable member savings, client value, revenue growth, and innovation through data analysis, cross-functional partnerships, and market adoption initiatives.

Location: Fully remote, must be US based to comply with company policies such as HIPAA.

What you will do

  • Own product strategy, roadmap, performance, and financial health of Valenz Bluebook, including revenue growth, margins, and forecast accuracy.
  • Drive go-to-market strategy, partnering with Marketing, Sales, and Member Engagement to maximize adoption, awareness, and revenue.
  • Lead cross-functional execution with Technology, Finance, Legal, and others to deliver scalable solutions, partnerships, and pricing strategies.
  • Track key metrics like utilization, savings, engagement, and satisfaction; use data and experimentation to evolve the product.
  • Serve as product evangelist and C-suite leader, presenting strategy and value to clients, partners, and executives.

Requirements

  • Must be US based in a location compliant with company policies like HIPAA; reliable internet, quiet workspace, VPN/security protocols.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare analytics, or related field.
  • 8+ years progressive product leadership in healthcare technology, cost transparency, consumer engagement, or managed care.
  • Proven track record owning product performance, revenue, margins, adoption, and value metrics.
  • Strong go-to-market experience, cross-functional leadership, financial/analytical acumen, and ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented mindset with bias for action, experimentation, and data-informed decisions balancing member experience and commercial outcomes.
