TL;DR

Director Go-To-Market (Healthcare): Leading the commercial strategy and execution for clinical solutions in North America with an accent on market identification and revenue growth. Focus on developing GTM strategies for ClinicalKey and ClinicalKey AI, optimizing sales enablement, and identifying new market opportunities.

Location: Philadelphia, PA (Flexible working options). Must be based in the United States or Canada.

Salary: $115,400 - $192,300

What you will do

  • Define target markets, including market size and penetration rates, for the physician solutions portfolio.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies to drive commercial success in the US and Canada.
  • Support North American sales and account management teams in executing market strategies and removing barriers to closing sales.
  • Lead the execution of solution launches by collaborating with Marketing, Customer Success, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Partner with Product and Technology teams on prioritization and roadmap development based on customer feedback.
  • Identify strategic partnerships and potential merger and acquisition opportunities to deepen market knowledge.

Requirements

  • Experience in a strategic or commercial role specifically within the healthcare sector.
  • Proven track record of directly supporting revenue growth for a portfolio of products.
  • Expertise in designing and executing commercial go-to-market and business development activities.
  • Strong analytical capabilities related to market segmentation and competitive analysis.
  • Ability to operate and influence effectively at various organizational levels within a matrixed environment.
  • Must be based in or have work authorization for the North American market (USA/Canada).
