What you will do

  • Define and lead the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for Pharma Solutions offerings.
  • Develop commercialization strategies and repeatable launch frameworks for new and existing products.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
  • Equip the sales organization with commercial playbooks, competitive positioning, and customer narratives.
  • Analyze market intelligence and industry trends in pharma commercialization and digital health.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure GTM effectiveness and optimize commercial execution.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in commercial strategy, GTM leadership, or product commercialization.
  • Experience working with pharmaceutical manufacturers, digital health platforms, or healthcare technology companies.
  • Proven success launching and scaling B2B healthcare or pharma solutions.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical market access, commercialization, and brand strategy.
  • Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Must be based in the USA
