Senior Creative Strategist (Performance Ads): Manage end-to-end creative production process for video ads on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google Ads with an accent on concept development, scriptwriting, and live testing. Location: Remote (full-time)
Salary: $120K-$280K USD (includes base, performance bonus, and equity)

What you will do
- Formulate effective creative strategies using data, research, and insights for client revenue growth
- Analyze performance data in Atria, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and iterate on tests
- Conduct consumer, product, and competitor research
- Write scripts and copy for videos, static ads, and email campaigns
- Collaborate with production, post-production, and leads to ensure visuals align with strategy
- Perform weekly strategic account planning and identify top-performing trends
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in paid social or direct response (portfolio/work samples a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset for data interpretation and actionable insights
- Strong project management skills for multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
- Experience with FB Ads Manager, TikTok, YouTube, or similar ad platforms
- Comfortable with Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Able to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
