• Manage performance, budget allocation, and delivery for linear and streaming campaigns to ensure business goals are met.
• Operate, validate, and challenge AI-driven buying tools to align outputs with strategy.
• Identify risks and anomalies in data to diagnose root causes and improve efficiency.
• Provide data-backed recommendations to leadership to scale spend and optimize results.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience buying and optimizing campaigns across linear and/or programmatic TV.
• Daily use of AI tools to make faster and smarter buying decisions.
• Strong systems-thinking and data-driven approach to validate campaign outputs.
• Must be based in the United States (excluding California).
• No immigration sponsorship available (now or in the future).
