Pega Program Manager (Pega)

Location: Atlanta, Chicago, New York, or Toronto.

Salary: $150,000–$165,000 yearly base compensation.

What you will do

• Lead enterprise-wide Pega programs from initiation through rollout and production deployment.
• Manage multiple Pega implementation workstreams and align delivery with strategic business objectives.
• Establish program governance, reporting, quality control, risk management, and performance-monitoring processes.
• Coordinate Pega architects, developers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Manage resources, budgets, schedules, dependencies, stakeholder expectations, and delivery commitments.
• Provide executive-level updates on milestones, risks, budgets, and overall program health.

Requirements

• 15+ years of program management experience leading large-scale technology initiatives.
• Multiple successful Pega implementation programs led in a Program Manager capacity, from planning through production deployment.
• Deep understanding of Pega delivery methodologies, implementation lifecycles, governance, and stakeholder management.
• Experience managing geographically distributed and cross-functional teams.
• Strong executive communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, risks, and delivery commitments across multiple workstreams.

Nice to have

• PMP or PgMP certification.
• Experience with digital transformation, workflow automation, or customer engagement platforms.
• Experience in financial services, banking, insurance, capital markets, or other regulated industries.
• Experience working with large enterprise organizations.
