What you will do

• Build, drive, and optimize Amazon and Retail Media Search campaigns to exceed client goals on conversion rates and ROI.
• Develop omnichannel commerce media strategies tailored to client objectives for growth, retention, and profitability.
• Analyze cross-channel data to provide strategic recommendations aligned with KPIs.
• Integrate hirify.global's product suite into activations for scalability and efficiency.
• Maintain expert knowledge of platforms, educate clients, and collaborate with channel specialists.
• Proactively manage accounts, delegate tasks, and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5-7 years in commerce media, paid commerce, or senior media planning with $100k+ monthly budgets
• Experience with Amazon, Walmart, Criteo preferred
• Experience with Skai, Analytic Index, Pacvue, Helium10 preferred
• Maintain annual certifications for relevant platforms
• Strong client communication for high satisfaction and retention
