TL;DR

Location: Remote in Ontario, Canada only

Salary: $45,000–$60,000 CAD

What you will do

  • Translate product updates into customer-facing messaging and enablement materials like sales one-pagers and battlecards
  • Support launch communications, internal documentation, and consistency in grade-band messaging
  • Update messaging frameworks, persona documentation, and incorporate field feedback
  • Develop sales enablement materials, support training sessions, and maintain content in systems
  • Collaborate with Product, Growth, Sales, Customer Success, and Brand teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 1+ years in product marketing, go-to-market support, B2B marketing, or related
  • Ability to translate product functionality into customer value
  • Organized, able to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with analytical mindset
  • Remote in Ontario, Canada only

Nice to have

  • Exposure to SaaS or multi-product environments
  • Familiarity with positioning frameworks or competitive analysis
  • Experience supporting product launches or go-to-market initiatives
  • Interest in K–12 education market
