Location: Onsite in San Mateo, CA, United States, five days per week

Estimated Annual Pay Range: $250,000 - $350,000 USD

What you will do

• Partner with engineering and product teams to enhance product security and exceed customer expectations
• Build security and privacy platform services for the Command SaaS platform and drive their adoption across products
• Expand adoption of Enterprise-Controlled Encryption in hirify.global products
• Collaborate with the CISO to develop broader security programs
• Share security expertise internally and externally through conferences, presentations, blogs, and open source

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent
• 10+ years of experience as a software engineer
• 3+ years of experience as an engineering manager
• Leadership experience building distributed systems with high quality, scalability, and reliability
• Demonstrable coding skills and desire to write code daily
• Enthusiasm for learning new security and privacy products, features, and strategies
• Excellent collaborative skills and outstanding written and verbal communication
• Must be willing and able to work onsite five days per week in San Mateo, CA
