Salary: $155,000–$201,500 Annual

What you will do

• Execute a strategic sales plan to maximize growth in the rare disease market.
• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) and emerging thought leaders.
• Collaborate with Market Access and Patient Support teams to achieve business objectives.
• Maintain expert knowledge of product portfolios, disease states, and the competitive landscape.
• Ensure all business activities comply with healthcare regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in biotech/pharma product promotion.
• Must be based in or able to cover Peoria, Rockford, and the Quad Cities region.
• Proven track record of successfully launching biotech/pharma products and exceeding goals.
• Strong analytical skills for strategic planning and data integration.

Nice to have

• Experience with portfolio selling.
• Specialization in rare-orphan diseases.
• Existing partnerships within the Pulmonary and/or Infectious Disease communities.
• Experience working with patient support models.
