Salary: $160,000 – $180,000 OTE per year

What you will do
- Own revenue targets and personally contribute to the book of business as a player-coach for the first 6-12 months.
- Build sales coaching infrastructure from scratch, including pipeline reviews, deal strategy, and playbooks.
- Mentor a high-performing team of Account Executives to consistently exceed quarterly goals.
- Partner with the VP of Growth on quota-setting, forecasting, and scaling the sales motion.
- Coordinate between marketing and sales to ensure urgency and correct sequencing for inbound volume.
- Utilize AI tools like Gong and Claude to automate admin tasks and enhance coaching effectiveness.
Requirements
- 6-8 years of inside sales experience in healthcare SaaS or services.
- 1+ year of management experience with a proven track record of team success.
- Experience with both SMB and midmarket sales motions.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Demonstrated ability to improve team-wide close rates through structured coaching.
- Startup experience at Series A through C companies.
