TL;DR

Location: Remote (USA), field-based with up to 75% travel required

What you will do

  • Consult with surgeons in the operating room regarding the application of foot and ankle solutions.
  • Drive revenue growth across the US through pipelining, targeting, and executing sales calls.
  • Provide clinical support during first cases for new agents, new doctors, or accounts at risk.
  • Coordinate and assist with surgeon sawbones or cadaver labs and staff trade shows and regional meetings.
  • Act as a field liaison to corporate marketing, R&D, and operations to provide product feedback and complaints.
  • Train and execute technical product sales while supporting downstream strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • Must have full-time work authorization in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
  • Prior orthopedic experience, specifically in Foot & Ankle (highly preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in the operating room (preferred).
  • 5 years of quota-based sales experience (preferred).
  • Valid Driver’s License and current automobile insurance.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time, including overnight and weekend travel.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with distributors.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry or medical sales.
  • Knowledge of healthcare insurance and third-party reimbursement.
