What you will do

• Lead a portfolio of clients as the senior owner of the relationship and the growth agenda.
• Develop full-funnel social plans aligned with business goals and secure alignment with senior stakeholders.
• Orchestrate the use of platform automation such as Meta Advantage+, TikTok Smart Performance, and Pinterest Performance+.
• Integrate data-driven insights from Bliss Point into strategic planning and budget allocation.
• Manage the financial health of teams, focusing on margins, utilization, and forecast accuracy.
• Build and lead high-performing teams through coaching, KPIs, and succession planning.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Paid Social with proven results across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and Reddit.
• 3+ years of experience managing managers and senior individual contributors.
• Strong cross-channel literacy, able to connect Social to Search, Commerce/Retail Media, TVAD, and Creative.
• Proficiency with GA4, platform analytics, and ensuring signal quality (pixel/CAPI).
• Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

• Experience with LinkedIn and X platforms.
• Proven track record of adopting AI tools and pragmatic innovation in digital marketing.
