TL;DR

Associate Director, Paid Social & Influencer Marketing (EdTech): Lead global strategy, execution, and scaling of Paid Social and Influencer channels to drive new subscriptions and revenue with an accent on performance optimization, creative experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on building channel roadmaps, forecasting metrics like ROAS and CLV/CAC, and leading structured testing across platforms and markets.

Location: New York City office, minimum 3 days/week in office

Salary: $135,000 - $145,000 (NYC)

What you will do

  • Own global Paid Social and Influencer strategy, including roadmap, budget allocation, audience, creative, and experimentation plans.
  • Drive channel execution: testing/optimization of targeting, bidding, creative, and expansion to new platforms.
  • Lead performance-based Influencer program with agencies, setting expectations and continuous optimization.
  • Define creative testing roadmap, hypothesis development, and learnings repository with Creative team.
  • Partner with Analytics/Martech on tracking, attribution, and incrementality measurement.
  • Lead and coach team, manage stakeholders, platform reps, and third-party partners.

Requirements

  • 7+ years leading acquisition programs with budget ownership and results
  • Deep expertise in Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Pinterest) and performance Influencer programs
  • Strong forecasting, pacing, optimization, and analytical skills (Tableau/Looker/Amplitude)
  • Measurement/attribution fluency and partnership with Analytics/Martech
  • Team management, cross-functional leadership, and project management experience
  • Location: NYC with min 3 days/week in office
