What you will do

• Oversee the production of comprehensive paid social media plans aligned with client objectives and KPIs.
• Manage a hybrid team of local and Global Hub employees for end-to-end campaign setup and execution.
• Ensure high standards of quality assurance (QA) and delivery of insightful weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Act as the primary social point-of-contact for clients to maintain confidence in agency output.
• Develop tailored testing and learning agendas to drive actionable insights across social platforms.
• Lead the recruitment, training, and professional development of junior team members.

Requirements

• Extensive experience setting up and optimizing paid social campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, X, Snap, and TikTok.
• Proven track record of planning large-scale paid social campaigns for both brand and direct-response objectives.
• Experience in line management, including workload prioritization and mentoring junior staff.
• Strong relationship management skills with experience presenting to clients and external stakeholders.
• Must be based in the UK or possess the legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
