Salary: $114,480 - $170,070 USD

What you will do

• Define and maintain Planview and Azure DevOps product vision and multi-year roadmap aligned to enterprise strategy.
• Own and prioritize platform backlogs, including enhancements, integrations, and user experience improvements using value-based prioritization.
• Establish governance standards for platform usage, data integrity, workflows, and reporting to support portfolio and delivery processes.
• Drive enterprise adoption through onboarding, training, change management, and monitoring usage patterns.
• Enable authoritative insights and executive dashboards as a source of truth for portfolio, financial, and capacity data.
• Partner with stakeholders and vendors to facilitate tradeoffs, manage relationships, and optimize costs.

Requirements

• 8+ years in platform ownership, product management, EPMO/PMO operations, portfolio management, or enterprise delivery enablement
• Hands-on experience owning or deeply supporting Planview (Portfolio, Work, Resource, Financial, or Capacity modules)
• Strong business acumen to connect platforms to portfolio and investment decisions
• Excellent stakeholder communication and prioritization skills
• Thrives at intersection of strategy, execution, and data in matrixed environments

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated or audit-aware environments
• Integrating Planview with financial, HR, or delivery tools (ERP, HRIS, Agile tools, BI)
• Supporting executive-level portfolio reporting and investment governance
