What you will do

• Support program tactical assignments and strategic initiatives to meet defined delivery milestones.
• Apply agile methods to support cross-functional workflows and the iterative delivery of products and features.
• Collaborate with product leadership and client owners to shape the product vision and strategy.
• Facilitate product strategy workshops and develop lean/UX workflows to enable effective team collaboration.
• Define, track, and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) in coordination with stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members with a focus on product management and cross-collaboration skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Must be based in the United States to align with government project requirements and benefits.
• Experience with agile ceremonies, including daily standups, backlog grooming, and sprint planning.
• Ability to build consensus and communicate strategic recommendations to program leadership.
