Senior Product Manager (Regulated Domains): Defining and delivering product strategy for a complex, workflow-driven adjudication platform in a regulated, greenfield environment with an accent on policy translation and stakeholder alignment. Focus on building a compliant system from the ground up, managing complex backlogs, and bridging the gap between legal, operational, and engineering teams.
Location: Remote (US). Must reside in one of the following states: AL, CA, DE, DC, FL, GA, MD, NJ, NY, NC, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WV. Up to 10% travel to customer site in Baltimore, MD.
Salary: $107,667 – $181,957

What you will do
- Define and own the adjudication product vision and prioritized roadmap aligned with compliance, timeliness, and accuracy goals.
- Translate complex policy and operational requirements into clear product artifacts, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Partner with legal and policy stakeholders to interpret program rules and resolve ambiguities before they become delivery blockers.
- Maintain and prioritize a healthy product backlog, ensuring work is ready for engineering without prescribing technical implementation.
- Collaborate across adjudication operations, engineering, platform, and data teams to maintain visibility of decisions and trade-offs.
- Mentor peers and drive accountability to ensure project objectives are met on time and align with client priorities.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience, including senior-level ownership of complex products.
- Demonstrated experience in regulated environments such as GovTech, healthcare, fintech, or benefits systems.
- Proven track record of leading product development in a greenfield setting from initial concept through launch.
- Direct experience with claims adjudication, eligibility, or other workflow-heavy regulated systems.
- Must be based in one of the 16 licensed US states (AL, CA, DE, DC, FL, GA, MD, NJ, NY, NC, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WV).
- Familiarity with agile, continuous delivery, and product discovery methods.
