TL;DR
Client Success Executive (Healthcare): Managing short- and long-term success of largest client relationships, developing and executing strategic plans for client accounts with an accent on renewal, growth, and maximizing partnership value. Focus on diagnosing root causes, transforming data into actionable insights, and leading proactive issue resolution for Fortune 500 clients.
Location: Remote | USA | Travel Required (up to 20% to clients, Dallas HQ, and industry events)

What you will do
- Manage overall client relationships and stakeholders, developing service strategies for renewal, growth, and member retention.
- Develop plans to increase revenue and profitability through network utilization, pricing, and new offerings.
- Ensure company and client objectives are met, handling escalations, issue resolution, and root cause fixes.
- Lead and mentor account managers, onboard new clients, and conduct in-person meetings.
- Proactively identify service issues and demonstrate 's value through innovative strategic plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Extensive experience in healthcare industry, focus on self-funded benefits required.
- 5+ years in strategic account management within human capital, healthcare or benefits industry required.
- Experience handling Fortune 500/large public sector client portfolios preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, leadership, influence, and C-suite engagement abilities.
- Excellent communication, thrive in fast-paced startup-like matrixed environment.
Nice to have
- Healthcare startup experience (point solution, navigation, disease management) strongly preferred.
