Location: London, United Kingdom. Hybrid: in the office around four days a week. Must have the right to work in the UK.

What you will do

• Oversee the implementation, management, and daily optimisation of programmatic campaigns to ensure KPIs are met.
• Create programmatic media plans and execute methodical client testing roadmaps for audiences, media, and creatives.
• Provide direct client servicing through regular contact and detailed performance presentations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with media owners and service providers.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, monitoring and prioritising their workloads.
• Ensure financial accuracy through spend reconciliation and strict adherence to QA processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in programmatic activation using core trading platforms such as DV360, TTD, or Amazon.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to handle large data sets to identify actionable insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for translating technical points to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to lead by example and support the training of junior staff.
• Must be based in the UK and possess the legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
