What you will do

• Manage strategic sourcing, contract lifecycle management, and compliance/governance for IT commodities.
• Lead the selection and development of strategic suppliers to meet cost and performance goals.
• Monitor market trends, technology roadmaps, and supplier capacity/capabilities.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts with global strategic and preferred suppliers to maximize benefits.
• Implement spend management strategies, including make-vs-buy analyses and supplier rationalization.
• Collaborate with engineering and legal teams to align technology roadmaps and ensure risk mitigation.

Requirements

• BA/BS undergraduate degree.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in commodity/supply chain management and source-to-contract processes.
• Experience in indirect category management with a strong understanding of IT and software procurement (SaaS, cloud architecture, licensing).
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills, including understanding of contractual terms.
• Must be based in or able to work in Belgrade, Serbia.

Nice to have

• 7+ years of experience facilitating bilateral master agreements.
• JD, MBA, or other advanced legal or business degree.
• In-depth experience with hardware sales and service contracts.
