What you will do

• Develop negotiation strategies and cost targets by leveraging market dynamics and benchmarks.
• Manage strategic sourcing categories and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Lead contracting initiatives to improve financial outcomes and enable business scalability in the US market.
• Implement AI-enabled solutions and digital tools to optimize procurement workflows and team productivity.
• Build dashboards and visual management mechanisms to track financial impact, risks, and sourcing performance.
• Ensure all US contracting approaches align with applicable regulatory and legal requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Vendor Management, or Contract Management.
• Strong negotiation skills and experience managing contracts across multiple categories.
• Experience using AI tools and digital solutions to improve productivity and visibility.
• Ability to build and structure dashboards for tracking financial impact and performance.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Palo Alto or Miami, USA.
