TL;DR

Senior Marketing Operations Manager (B2B SaaS): Building and optimizing the marketing technology stack and GTM processes with an accent on ABM workflows, Salesforce integration, and funnel optimization. Focus on executing AI-enabled workflows to enhance GTM efforts and maximizing tool efficiency to accelerate growth.

Location: Hybrid (New York City metro area). Must be authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Salary: $135,000 – $165,000 + Equity

hirify.global is an AI-powered Proactive Documentation platform designed to improve healthcare delivery by reviewing patient data in EHRs to recommend diagnoses and surface clinical evidence.

What you will do

  • Own the vision for the marketing tech stack, processes, and workflows to support growth in an account-based environment.
  • Implement ABM workflows, specifically signal-based inbound and outbound demand generation.
  • Drive alignment between sales and marketing through account prioritization, lead scoring, and SLAs.
  • Collaborate with Sales/BD to support outbound prospecting workflows and cadences.
  • Identify and remove friction in the funnel, tracking conversion from lead to closed-won.
  • Create and maintain dashboards providing visibility into the marketing funnel and performance KPIs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Marketing Ops or similar, with experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Deep understanding of marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot/Salesforce), Salesforce CRM, and ABM tools (ideally 6sense).
  • Fluency in funnel metrics, pipeline stages, and campaign performance analysis.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex CRM and marketing automation logic.
  • Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
  • Based in or able to relocate to the New York City metro area.

Nice to have

  • Experience with sales outreach tools (Salesloft, Gong, Outreach) and enrichment tools (Clay, Keyplay).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and search optimization.
  • Experience implementing AI-enabled workflows to increase effectiveness.
