Salary: $110,000 - $140,000

What you will do
- Own end‑to‑end integrated multi‑channel planning and executive‑level relationships for assigned enterprise accounts.
- Lead forecasting and scenario modeling (CAC, ROAS, revenue) to identify and reduce waste while scaling opportunities.
- Translate complex platform, competitive, and Bliss Point App insights into clear, action-driving narratives.
- Partner with Analytics and Econometrics to design measurement approaches, including MMM and incrementality.
- Manage and coach a team of ICs and managers, promoting a culture of accountability and performance.
- Collaborate with Business Development to shape solutioning, scoping, and narratives for new business pursuits.
Requirements
- 10+ years in client leadership within performance marketing for enterprise or upper-mid market clients.
- 4+ years of people leadership experience managing both individual contributors and other managers.
- Cross-channel literacy across Search, Social, Display, TV, Audio, Commerce, and CRM.
- Strong measurement acumen, including experience with forecasting, KPI trees, and MMM/incrementality.
- BA/BS degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Must be based in the USA.

- Advanced degree (Master's or equivalent).
- Deep fluency in proprietary measurement suites similar to Bliss Point.
