What you will do

• Lead client portfolios, align strategies with objectives, build senior stakeholder relationships, and resolve escalations.
• Oversee onboarding, offboarding, transitions, and ad operations to maximize account growth.
• Coach and develop team through 1:1s, feedback, goal-setting, and continuous learning on industry trends.
• Collaborate on financial targets, staffing efficiency, and client margins.
• Drive SEO innovation, share knowledge, educate clients, and apply market expertise.
• Champion latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and vendor relationships for competitive advantage.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in SEO
• Management experience preferred
• Demonstrated success analyzing data and using analytics tools
• Advanced skills in Google Suite, Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time across clients and teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
