What you will do

• Act as a senior point of contact for an assigned client portfolio, interfacing regularly with executive leadership to ensure client success.
• Partner with clients to analyze business goals and marketing objectives to build comprehensive digital strategies.
• Directly lead and mentor a team of up to 15 Associate Directors, Managers, and Analysts.
• Lead the process of media planning, tactic selection, partner negotiation, campaign design, and measurement.
• Oversee all ad operations, including pixel strategy, tag management, and ad trafficking.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience in digital advertising account management, yield optimization, marketing strategy, or brand management.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and develop junior staff.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel for advanced data analysis.
• Excellent listening, presentation, and verbal/written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant major.
• Must be based in Philadelphia.
